Terms and Conditions for Eyes Wide Agency LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Eyes Wide Agency LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ELIGIBILITY

SERVICES PROVIDED
Eyes Wide Agency, LLC offers photography and videography services for brands and models. Users may access portfolios, contact us, and submit model applications via direct link (not accessible from the main site).
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payments from clients via Stripe for services. Payments for model bookings and project services are processed securely. Deposits of 50% or 60% (depending on the project) are required upfront. These deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the project.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client cancels a project after booking and paying a deposit, the deposit is forfeited. No refunds will be provided for any portion of the deposit.
USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services or forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website, including images, videos, and text, is the property of Eyes Wide Agency LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without our express permission.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the quality or suitability of our services. In no event shall Eyes Wide Agency LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.
